SABS Approved GA35 – Break glass for key safety sign is used to indicate that the glass covering the emergency key should be broken to get the key as needed. This sign will usually be allocated by emergency key boxes, fire equipment boxes or fire exit doors. This sign can be used in conjunction with the GA2 – General direction safety sign or GA31 – Diagonal arrow down safety sign.
The Symbol for this sign is always a white “break” on a green background.
This Sign is SABS Approved and is made according to SANS 1186 specified requirements for standard ordinary symbolic Safety Signs.
