1. General Information
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and source the best replacement product as soon as possible for you. No orders will commence without a 70% deposit or full payment. Orders will only be shipped once paid in full.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered are only available for delivery at our delivery cost anywhere in South Africa. Any shipment outside of South Africa is customers own responsibility.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items.
Delivery times in Gauteng may vary from 24hours up to 3 working days.
Delivery times outside Gauteng is a minimum of 3 working days (overnight options available at customers own cost).

5. Shipping Costs
Safety Signs & Equipment will cover up to 10% of the value of your order for shipping (*when free shipping applies), any additional fees are for customers expense. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Safety Signs & Equipment charges a flat rate for shipping within Gauteng and outside of Gauteng (if shipping cost falls within the flat rate, rate). To find out how much your order will cost, simply contact our office with your address. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges once order is ready for shipping.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com or 011 822 8192. All complaints are to be logged within 7 working days of receiving of items.
